The Chick-fil-A off Jimmy Carter Boulevard in Norcross announced earlier in the month that it would be one of the locations that would be offering delivery services beginning May 14. Since May 3, the countdown has been on for when the service would begin. To be part of it, customers need to download the Chick-fil-A app. Customers can then place their order and select a delivery location, as long as they're in that general area of Gwinnett County.
Chick-fil-A has done delivery before. They have previously partnered with DoorDash, for delivery from more than 1,100 of its restaurants back in late 2018. Chick-fil-A's own delivery service is still only available at select locations right now.
