Anna Lee Halderman went full on Winnie The Pooh when she ditched her bottoms after the police were called about her being topless. Stay with us, she was lounging on the beach topless, to get a full tan, when someone alerted the police. When the person who complained tried to confront her, she put her top on but then ditched her bottoms to tan her booty. When the police showed up, Halderman was gone.
Halderman surrendered to Westport police and was charged with second-degree breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor. She was released after posting bond on court-set bail of $50,000, and she is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Aug. 23.
