Your 'Daily Dose of Dumb' is just ironic. Thomas Berryhill, a member of the Memphis Police Department was arrested on DUI charges after crashing into the brick column outside a local liquor store. When police questioned Berryhill he claimed that he has eye problems, that he was driving back from Florida and his eye issues keep him from doing a field sobriety test. Police were able to test him, while he used his fingers to keep his eyes open, and take blood. He was released from jail on his own recognizance.
