Police were called after two people, riding bikes, were nearly hit by several cars on a Florida roadway. When police arrived they ran a field sobriety test and found out that the two were intoxicated. For safety, they were placed in the back of a squad car. That's when they managed to get 'hot and heavy' while officers conducted their investigation. The two were handcuffed but managed to get naked and go all the way. Both have lengthy rap sheets.
