A man in Phoenix, Arizona was rushed to the hospital after a dispute with his "loud" neighbors. The man, who was not identified, went to the apartment above his and knocked on the door. When they did not answer, he took matters into his own hands. He went back to his apartment, grabbed his gun and shot the ceiling below them. One of the shots ricocheted and struck the man in the face. There was no word on what type of firearm was used.
