Mattoon Police arrested Matthew Bushman recently and when officers asked for his name and information, Bushman gave them a fake name. How did the police know it was a fake alias? Bushman has a tattoo that says "Matt B" on his neck, right about his collar bone. Police were investigating a forgery case, that they say involved Bushman, and arrested him on "obstruction of justice."
