A North Carolina man was arrested on public nudity and drug charges when officers found him naked in the parking lot of a mall on Black Friday. Tylik Little was in the parking lot near Kohl's when officers smelled weed coming from his car. Little tried to take off but was caught. It appears Little was nude and smoking weed.
