Police in Riverside, California, are using this caricature to locate the man suspected of stealing over $500 cash from the artist at a local fair. Police say that the man pictured above asked to have his caricature drawn and then stole the artists bag, which contained over $500 cash. The artist claims the man is 5'1 and in his early 20's.
