South Bend Police arrested Lisa O'Donnell for felony impersonation of an officer after she demanded a gas station give her the security tapes. O'Donnell allegedly went into a gas station and demanded to see the security tapes. O'Donnell was wearing a hat that had "FBI" on it. When the employees refused to give O'Donnell the tapes, she sped off in a Dodge Charger with no license plates.
Police were able to pull her over and inside the car she had thousands of dollars in counterfeit money and told police that she was a CIA agent, while wearing the FBI hat. Police checked her credentials and neither the FBI nor CIA had ever heard of her.
