Have you been dropping hearts on a certain person’s uploads? Maybe you still comment with an “LOL” on a post even when it’s not very funny. If that’s the case, you just might fancy that person, right? Do you have a crush on them? If so, the new Facebook Dating app just might be for you!
The 'Secret Crush' feature will allow you to "match" with Facebook friends that you fancy. There will be a maximum of nine friends that can be selected as a potential date. That way, there won’t be an awkward exchange with people you accidentally swiped right on.

If a crush is also using Facebook Dating, they'll receive a notification saying they've been picked as a 'Secret Crush'. If they select you as a crush in return, both parties will be notified of the match.
So basically, if you choose to use Secret Crush, you’ll be able to select up to nine of your Facebook friends you want to express interest in. But don’t worry about being rejected by your old high school crush. They’ll never get notified if they haven’t picked you as a Secret Crush too. You’ll still be able to admire from afar.
The Facebook Dating app is currently available in 19 countries and is set to be released in the US this year.
