The easiest way to beat any kind of charges is not proving that you are actually guilty. Spencer Boston, from Tennessee, did just that while standing in front of judge. Boston was trying to argue that there needs to be legislation to legalize marijuana, the charge he was in court for. Doubling down on his efforts, Boston took a joint from his pocket and lit it up IN THE COURTROOM. “One of the craziest things I’ve ever seen,” Wilson County Sheriff Robert Bryan told to WTVF reporters.
