Steven Engberg spent the evening enjoying some drinks in Scottsdale, Arizona. Engberg was walking when he came across a police car with it's lights on. Engberg allegedly thought the car wasn't in the best place so he jumped in and parked it in a nearby lot. When Engberg exited the car, the officers were waiting. Engberg explained that he felt like he was helping since the police car was blocking a lane of traffic. The officers were responding to a call at a nearby business. Engberg was given a DUI and he was two times the legal limit in Arizona.
