I decided to go on a "first date" recently that ended because of one thing. I met a woman recently who was captivating. She is really intelligent, highly educated and professional. She's a fun loving woman that has the looks to match! Everything on the date, itself, was incredible. She told me about her childhood, decisions for choosing her career, her backstory and even the little things, like her favorite energy drink. I had even noticed that she didn't have a Valentine this year so I made some decisions. After dinner, I stopped to get gas and went into the store. I brought back her favorite energy drink and a single long stem rose. Everything was going great! As we continued to talk and get to know each other, she said one thing that stopped me in my tracks, bringing up an issue from a previous relationship I had been in before. She commented that she doesn't mind doing "recreational" things several times a month. I was floored! We spoke and I decided that this wasn't going to be the relationship for me. Some have said that I acted too quickly to end things because I could've been the one that kept her from that lifestyle.
