A St Louis area man went against doctors orders after being told to "self quarantine" and taking his daughter to the "Father-Daughter Dance" at a prominent hotel. The mother is the one who showed symptoms but the whole family was ordered to stay at their home. She had returned home from a trip to Italy and called the hotline. The school issued a statement saying that "the parent did not know about the diagnosis and left immediately after learning about it." The county executive says the father acted "irresponsibly."
