On Tuesday, Governor Brian Kemp made the announcement that the state planned to re-open, slowly, with certain measures in place, on Friday. Certain businesses are allowed to re-open while others must wait over the weekend. Some critics believe that it's "too early" while others applaud the Governor for allowing people to make a living and giving small businesses a chance to operate. Spencer and Kristen spoke to Governor Kemp for 13 minutes and asked the questions many wanted answers to.
