It's your "Daily Dose of Dumb." A screaming, drunk woman in Ohio is demanding proof and reasons as to why she received a noise violation recently. Residents in the apartment complex have had it with their neighbor and finally called the cops. When the police arrived, they witnessed a woman screaming, a dog barking and someone slamming their hands against a wall. When police questioned the drunk woman, she responded with "I just got home. How could it be me?" The police gave the woman a warning and asked her to keep the noise down.
When the police were leaving, they met the person who called in the complaint who said that this is a "ongoing issue." Seconds later, the drunk woman opened her door and began screaming at the officer and the witness. Police then arrested the woman.
