Adam Byler, of New York, was arrested for driving drunk recently. Byler ran a stop sign and crashed his horse-and-buggy. Byler, who is just 18, was cited multiple times. There was someone under 18 in the buggy, and the horse was hurt during the crash, so Byler was hit with reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child, and animal cruelty charges.
