The time has come for Dan Quinn and General Manager Thomas Dimitroff to exit the Atlanta Falcons organization. The Falcons owner, Arthur Blank, made that decision following Sunday's loss to Carolina. The Falcons are 0-5 and it's one of the worst starts the organization has ever had. When Dan Quinn joined the Falcons in 2015, he led the team to a 5-0 start, becoming the first coach in franchise history to begin his career with five straight wins. Quinn even got the Falcons to the Super Bowl in 2017, where they lost a early lead to the Patriots and eventually the championship.
Dimitroff is one of the of the longest-tenured general managers in the NFL. He began in Atlanta in 2008.
