Braves manager, Brian Snitker, is going to have an interesting Thanksgiving. Snitker is managing in his first World Series against his son's team, the Houston Astros. Snitker's son, Troy, is a hitting instructor for the Astros and has been for several seasons. “Obviously, we probably both feel the same way in terms of that this is about the guys that are playing, this is about the teams that are playing,” Troy Snitker said. “I know he feels that his guys have overcome so much to get to this point and are very deserving. I obviously feel the same way.”
Snitker's wife, Ronnie, isn't sure what team she will wear during the series, the Braves for Brian or the Astros for Troy.
