Congrats to the Brookwood High School Broncos Marching Band in Snellville, Georgia. They've been invited to Pasadena, California to perform in the 134th Rose Parade on January 2 next year. Brookwood is the first Gwinnett County school to be invited to attend the iconic parade. Each student must pay $2,800 to attend the seven-day trip. Band Director Laura Moates Stanley told 11Alive that there are "about 20 students that have not signed up for the Rose Parade because of the finances."
