Maren Morris doesn't know if she'll attend this year's CMA Awards in the wake of her feud with Jason Aldean's wife, Brittany. It all started with what Maren believed was a transphobic remark made by Brittany on social media. Maren fired back with some personal attacks at Brittany. Brittany confirmed in an interview that she's never even met Maren.
In a Los Angeles Times interview, Maren said,
"Honestly, I haven’t decided if I’m gonna go. I’m very honored that my record is nominated. But I don’t know if I feel [at] home there right now. So many people I love will be in that room, and maybe I’ll make a game-time decision and go. But as of right now, I don’t feel comfortable going."
Maren is nominated for Album of the Year for her most recent work, Humble Quest.
